Founder Arosa Yoga
As a teacher of Vinyasa Yoga, my aim is to show people the way to a balanced mind, body and spirit. Together we will develop physical strength, flexibility and a calm, centred and happy mind.
I became a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Teacher in July 2017 having completed 200 hours of teacher training at Krishna Yoga, Surbiton. Many more hours of Study with Sadie Nardini.
I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years. I chose to qualify in Vinyasa yoga for its calming, trance like movement.
(I personally found that standing and chatting about a handful of poses over an hour wasn't enough for me and what I really wanted was Flow :))
